This project involved the rehabilitation of the historic building that was originally constructed in 1930. The scope included the demolition of all existing storefronts and all plaster. We restored with new plaster and wood features, ornamental fences and precast for this 18,000 sf mixed-use building. Additionally, the historic building sign on the corner of Gayley Avenue was restored. It is one of Topa Management Company’s signature retail properties in Westwood, CA, formerly referred to as the Shepard Mitchell Building, now known as the ‘Kinross Cornerstone'.
